i have barely had any morning snuggles in the last two years. those were my favorites. waking up early, but not REALLY waking up. just being conscious, but still so sleepy. intertwining legs, nuzzling my face into a chest or leaning into broad shoulders. best thing about being in a relationship is having that designated snuggle buddy.
i’d really like to find that kind of comfort again someday soon. i’m not feeling impatient… just gradually more ready than i was.
