i’m really excited for the week of april 15-22
i get to drive to nashville (awesome roadtrip with an awesome destination to see awesome friend jenna)
and on my way home at the end of the week, i get to celebrate britt’s 23rd birthday AND veishea on the same effing night! t’will be epic.
then pop home to cf saturday night to see some familiar faces :) and back up home sunday...
had the best cycling class today!
i’ve officially experienced all 7 of the instructors that LA fitness has for the weekly cycling classes, and Donald is definitely my favorite.
first of all, he makes the most eye and verbal contact with the class. he’s not shy, he’s actually pretty loud, he claps a lot, and is the most motivating of the trainers :). also, i really enjoy his music choices. they’re all...

turns out i actually knew the people and had spent time with them.
just makes it even more upsetting :(

a girl from my hometown was shot and killed last night by her ex boyfriend…
he then shot himself
and all i can think is, “jesus, how does it get SO bad that a murder/suicide seems like the best idea you can come up with” and all i can do is pity him.. because he has more than ruined his own life, and taken the life of someone innocent.

Holy shit
So as I’m walking to work this morning, I see a couple guys standing around an older man who is lying in the ditch by some cement platforms.
I have to walk by, so as I do, I notice there’s a pool of blood beneath this mans head. I panic. It was a good amount of blood from splitting his head open. I’ve never seen blood in any amount more than a picked scab so I kinda freaked...
lost 6 lbs, two inches around my waist and an inch and a half on my hips :)

i really can’t stand when judgmental, disrespectful people who have very little decency and pretty much practice the exact opposite of Christianity tweet/facebook about Jesus.
shit pisses me off. how can you subscribe to only 15% percent of your religion? i’ll never understand it. hold yourself accountable, then maybe you’ll worry less about holding everyone else to standards...
i want there to be more words on my blog than photos right now
but i have nothing to say, i’m pretty exhausted and have too much bouncing around in my brain to narrow it to just one blog entry. also, i don’t have the energy or time to sift through the thoughts enough to type them.
i’m happy though.

seriously that week will be the best week EVER
full week of paid time off, going to nashville TN to see jenna for the week, then ending it by making a one-night pit stop in ames for veishea weekend and BRITTANY’S BIRTHDAY :)
